He is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, with degrees and certifications from; The University of Tennessee Knoxville, Trevecca Nazarene University, and the Belmont Massey Graduate School of Business. Bobby holds a Global MPM, Bachelor of Business Administration and a Six Sigma LSSGB, where he has focused primarily in LEAN manufacturing and LEAN healthcare consulting, process improvement leadership and education.
